The question of whether you can get a full refund, a partial refund or no refund at all of any of these fees’ rests with the reason why you cannot travel anymore and the timing factor including whether your course program has commenced or not.

Some of the reasons that can warrant a full/partial refund is the refusal of your student visa in the case where the visa is not granted, or, where the student visa has been granted but you cannot travel anymore due to unforeseen compassionate and compelling reasons such as your own sudden illness and/or death or the sudden illness and/ or death of a close family member. Further, if you can be fully or partially refunded, there is strict refund guidelines and time limits that must be adhered to. The relevant refund guidelines and time limits will be elaborately illustrated in the relevant institutions’ Letter of Offer in the Refund Policy.
